Connection options for the Excel source connector.

Connection options for the Excel source connector.

file_path

Path to the Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) on the platform filesystem (e.g. a DBFS path, an ABFS URI, or a local path for testing).

sheet_name

Name or zero-based index of the worksheet to read. Defaults to 0 (the first sheet).

header

Whether the first row (after skip_rows) contains column names. Defaults to True.

skip_rows

Number of rows to skip before the header/data begins. Defaults to 0.

infer_schema

When True, pandas samples the sheet to infer column data types. Set to False to read all columns as STRING. Defaults to True.

Configuration for the model, should be a dictionary conforming to [ConfigDict][pydantic.config.ConfigDict].
