Anonymization

Declarative anonymization and pseudonymization. ``Anonymizer`` applies a set of rules described by an ``AnonymizationConfig`` to a DataFrame; each rule's technique (hash, mask, redact, generalize, encrypt, fake) is implemented in its own module below.
