model-driven modeling · pipeline generation

Metadata Suite

In the Metadata Suite, you define your data model once — entities, relationships, keys. From that model, the platform automatically generates a dimensional model following Kimball's methods (facts and dimensions), or a Data Vault structure instead, including the pipelines that build it. You don't hand-write that pipeline code, and everything stays consistent with the model. The generated pipelines use, among other tools, Scamander MDIF — one of the tools in our arsenal for keeping the code readable and letting your own people build or adjust pipelines themselves.

Generates pipelines that use Scamander MDIF, part of our wider toolset.

what you get

modeling

One data model, defined centrally

Define entities, relationships and keys once — everything downstream is derived from it.

generation

Automatic facts, dimensions and data vaults

Generate a dimensional model following Kimball's methods, or a Data Vault structure, directly from your data model.

pipelines

Complete pipelines generated

The platform generates the pipelines itself, kept readable with tools including Scamander MDIF, so your own people can build or adjust them.
